South Africa Wine is creating an opportunity for the development of our future industry leaders.
The Hortgro/Mzars programme developed 107 leaders in the Western Cape Agri Sector with a marked difference in their leadership capability, impact on their teams and results post the leadership programme.
Due to the programme’s tremendous success, South Africa Wine is excited to sponsor 15 wine industry employee nominations again. Nomination criteria:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Access to the internet and a computer with a camera for Zoom sessions.
- Generally meeting job-related performance criteria (performing on the job), but development will further improve or enhance performance.
- Leadership potential – currently managing a team or has been identified as someone with leadership potential.
Nominations close on 30 April 2024. The course will take place May 8 – 12 June.
