We help black-owned wine businesses access funding by:

• Connecting them with funders and banks
• Supporting business planning and structuring
• Managing projects funded by government or other partners
• Doing due diligence to ensure funding reaches the right hands

BEE compliance
We help businesses understand and improve their BEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) status by:

• Advising on deal structures that meet BEE goals
• Breaking down compliance processes and risks (like fronting)
• Engaging with government on how to strengthen measurement tools
• Doing due diligence to ensure funding reaches the right hands

Reporting & monitoring
We track progress on transformation efforts and help our partners show the real impact of their work, through clear, transparent reporting and ongoing evaluation.

Ethical trade
We advocate for fair treatment and working conditions across the industry. This includes setting standards, supporting ethical audits, and promoting responsible practices that protect the rights of workers and communities.
