We support black-owned wine businesses, brands, farmers and communities to grow and thrive. Our enterprise development work follows the National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) pillars: Enterprise Development (60%), Skills Development (18%), Management Control (17%), Ownership, Socio-Economic Development (5%).

  • Training in viticulture, accounting, and governance

  • Assistance with grape farming, winemaking, and bottling costs

  • Support with liquor licensing and trademarks
  • Business plan development and incubation

Market readiness

  • Help with entering local and international markets
  • Support for participation in wine shows and tastings

Innovation

  • Backing black-owned brandy initiatives and the Brandy Innovation Challenge

STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT
