Our Learner Management System (LMS) is the industry’s central hub for all things learning and development. It gives employers, employees, learners, training providers and sponsors one place to track, manage and report learning progress — while helping close skills gaps across the wine and brandy industry.

For learners, employees & employers
Everyone taking part in any industry-related training must first register on the LMS at www.sawinelms.co.za.

Once registered, users can:

• Complete a competency survey tailored to their role or sector
• Choose from a catalogue of training options, licensing requirements, and professional registration pathways

For training providers
All learning programmes must be listed on the LMS before they can be offered through the platform. Contact the People Development Office to register your courses if you’re a training provider.

Online learning
We support flexible learning. Training providers can offer online courses through the LMS, helping to expand access to learning, especially for remote, seasonal, or time-strapped workers. Online functionality is available through provider agreements with South Africa Wine.
