Transformation Advisory

The Industry Transformation Advisory Manager advises cellars, producers, South Africa Wine, and the government on:

Business Structures, business plan writing, funding regulations, monitoring and evaluation requirements, and fundraising strategies. The role, furthermore, helps implement projects funded by the government or other sources, such as managing committees that approve and oversee funding. Due diligence work for banks, government, and the industry is carried out project-by-project.

BEE Compliance
Business deal structuring, advocating government for sensible measurement tools, risk mitigation, e.g. fronting, improving BEE scores for South Africa Wine members, explaining the BEE compliance process to the industry, commenting on policies and helping to formulate new policies. BEE compliance includes an in-depth understanding of the wine industry context of

Ownership, enterprise and supplier development, skills development, management control and socio-economic development.

Ensure monitoring and evaluation conventions are followed correctly and write reports to show the transformation progress.

Ethical Trade
We serve in various capacities to promote and influence the measurement of ethical compliance.

New Enterprise Advisory
